Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a mid-sized high-tech company in Munich, serving as an innovation partner for industry solutions related to digitalization and networking of high-tech applications. As a System Administrator specializing in Backup and Storage, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of critical IT systems. Day-to-day tasks include planning and commissioning new systems, analyzing and evaluating new technologies, and actively operating and supporting existing infrastructure. Key areas of focus include Active Directory, Windows Server systems, VMware virtualization, and robust Backup and Storage solutions, alongside database systems. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, coupled with a complex understanding of IT processes and routine in system administration and support. The position offers a competitive salary up to €75,000, flexible working hours, home office options, and the possibility of permanent employment after an initial temporary contract.
