Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the reliable delivery, setup, and configuration of IT equipment, primarily laptops, monitors, and peripherals, across Berlin two days per week. The IT Technician will also provide crucial remote support to the Service Desk, managing user inquiries, troubleshooting software issues, and resolving common problems like password resets using ticketing systems. Key qualifications include a completed IT education (such as an IT Specialist or IT Systems Electronics Technician) or equivalent, along with foundational knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office.
