Day-to-day tasks include handling IT support tickets across various categories (B/F, IMAC, H+E), demonstrating expertise in managing diverse hardware such as PCs, notebooks, printers, IP telephony, and mobile devices. Key requirements include a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, and familiarity with standard office applications like Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
