Job Summary
This role is an excellent opportunity for an IT Service Technician specializing in 2nd Level Support to join a leading European IT company in Berlin. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing crucial remote support to various branches across Germany, managing incoming support tickets, and strengthening the internal IT service desk, primarily focusing on Windows Client systems. Key day-to-day tasks include contributing to network and server management, supporting VoIP systems, and executing support activities within the 2nd level scope. The ideal candidate must have a completed IT qualification, fundamental knowledge of Windows 10 Client and Microsoft Office, and strong IT support skills.
