Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Rollout Technician in Augsburg for a market-leading company specializing in IT solutions and service management. The core responsibilities include the physical delivery, setup, and commissioning of IT equipment (PCs, monitors, laptops) at customer sites. Day-to-day tasks will involve managing IT assets within a digital system, controlling serial numbers and order receipts for accuracy, and documenting all activities. A key component of the job is hands-on hardware preparation (order picking) and providing personal, on-site customer support.
