Job Summary

This role involves joining a team of specialists to manage client workstations for a major automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturer in Wolfsburg. As an Onsite IT Technician, your daily tasks will focus on providing direct support to users at the Service Point, performing software and operating system installations, and resolving hardware and software disruptions directly on-site. You will be responsible for meticulous documentation of all technical work processes. This position is offered through temporary employment with a strong option for permanent takeover, providing a stable, full-time role within an international IT service environment focused on Managed Services for industrial clients. Key requirements include a completed vocational qualification in IT and practical experience in troubleshooting and client support.
