Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support in Hannover for a market-leading IT solutions and service management company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and configuration of various IT endpoints, including desktops, notebooks, and tablets, as well as managing mobile handheld scanners. Day-to-day duties include analyzing and troubleshooting IT landscape disruptions, collaborating with the team to develop solutions, and meticulously documenting all activities within the service management system. Key qualifications include a technical education or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of client hardware, and proficiency with Windows 10 and 11. Practical experience with hardware and software rollouts and centralized software distribution is also required.
