Job Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Specialist passionate about technology and supporting medical innovation within a leading medical technology company located in Munich. Day-to-day, you will serve as the primary IT contact for colleagues across the EMEA region, handling First Level Support for hardware and software issues, and assisting with common Office applications. Key responsibilities include installing new IT workstations, managing and configuring existing hardware/software, and participating in various IT projects. You will also be responsible for distributing software across macOS, Windows clients, and Mobile Devices, and coordinating IT office moves. The ideal candidate possesses a completed vocational training in IT or equivalent qualification, strong knowledge of telecommunications, and expertise in troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS clients. This position offers flexible working hours, mobile work options, and a secure, long-term role in an international environment with comprehensive initial training.

Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS clients in a corporate context
- Experience with software distribution tools like SCCM
- Experience with Remote Support
- Experience with network protocols in LAN and WAN
