Job Summary
This role involves providing essential on-site IT support as a Service Desk Agent for a mechanical engineering company located in Munich. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing IT support tasks based on incoming tickets, utilizing Remote Control applications to assist users, documenting resolution paths, and maintaining the knowledge database. The agent will also be responsible for receiving, analyzing, and classifying incoming disruptions and professionally guiding employees regarding organizational, time, and effort aspects of IT issues. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT apprenticeship or comparable professional experience, strong process understanding (ideally based on ITIL), and expertise in Service Level Management. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training/apprenticeship in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for Application Development, IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Salesperson), or comparable professional experience.
