The Software Support Specialist will be integral to ensuring software quality and customer satisfaction by working closely with development and project management teams. The specialist will also provide crucial remote and on-site software support, including comprehensive error analysis and resolution. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Economics, or comparable qualification (e.g., IT Specialist in Application Development)
Experience
- First practical experience in reviewing databases and log files
- First professional experience in the IT environment of financial service providers or a software manufacturer
- Basic knowledge in error analysis and interpretation
