Job Summary

This role is for a Chemical Laboratory Technician to join G+D Louisenthal, a leading specialist in banknote papers and security features, contributing to global safety and stable economies. As part of the team, you will primarily support the monitoring of testing equipment for the foil plant and execute comprehensive quality, incoming, and outgoing goods inspections, ensuring meticulous documentation and archiving of results. A significant portion of the role involves supporting development and foil technology teams with specific laboratory assignments. Key technical responsibilities include creating and maintaining testing and calibration instructions, setting up and managing test plans for incoming goods inspections within the SAP system, and handling Euro Secure Items. Candidates must have completed training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or equivalent, ideally possessing professional experience in a lab or quality assurance environment. The position requires a structured, resilient, and flexible individual proficient in MS Office and willing to work in early and late shifts.
