Job Summary

As a Building Services Technician in Dresden, you will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight and maintenance of building technical systems, including climate, heating, electrical, and sanitary installations. Your daily tasks will involve conducting inspections, functional tests, and minor repairs, as well as reporting and tracking malfunctions and coordinating with external specialist companies. You will also support renovation projects, control safety and emergency systems, and maintain technical documentation. This role requires a background in electrical engineering or building services, a proactive and service-oriented approach, and a willingness to work shifts or on-call.
