Job Summary

This leadership role involves establishing and managing the Project Management Office (PMO), specifically focusing on the energy trading sector. The Head of PMO will be responsible for overseeing the project controlling of IT and application development projects, implementing a standardized Project Governance Framework, and establishing a KPI-based reporting system for effective project steering. Key activities include managing project and resource planning, coordinating with Nearshore teams, and collaborating closely with IT Architecture, Application Development, and specialist departments to prioritize strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Energy Economics, coupled with substantial experience in PMO or project management, particularly within energy trading or IT-related projects. Proficiency with reporting tools like Power BI, Jira, and Confluence is essential, along with strong analytical and structural competencies.
