Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Data Scientist dedicated to driving the digital transformation of performance management within the aerospace industry, specifically supporting projects for Airbus. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing concepts for digital transformation, conducting data tool analyses, and visually preparing findings. The specialist will also define central reporting standards, manage project planning, and coordinate closely with various stakeholders. A key focus is the analysis and proactive presentation of performance indicators (such as TMA, OSW, overtime, and attendance) to management, while continuously maintaining and improving existing processes and implementing digital solutions. Candidates must possess a degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration, coupled with significant professional experience in IT, aerospace, and digitalization, alongside advanced skills in Python, SQL, and data management.
