Job Summary

This role involves taking full responsibility for a wind farm project portfolio, managing the entire development lifecycle from securing land and commissioning studies to obtaining necessary permits and post-approval follow-up. The Project Developer will analyze optimal layouts and turbine types, manage project risks, and ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. A key aspect of the role is comprehensive stakeholder management, including landowners, service providers, and regulatory authorities, requiring regular travel to potential wind farm sites. Candidates should possess a degree in Engineering, Geography, or Economics, coupled with several years of experience in project development, ideally within the wind or photovoltaic (PV) sector, focusing on permitting and regulatory planning. Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in a wind park context is essential, along with a basic understanding of contracts and legal frameworks.
