Job Summary

This role involves leading and executing complex electrical engineering projects, covering the entire spectrum from initial planning through to implementation (HOAI phases 1-8). The Project Manager will be responsible for creating essential project documentation, including cost estimates, reports, tenders, and execution plans, while ensuring strict cost control. A key aspect of the job is managing communication and coordination with clients and subcontractors. Furthermore, the successful candidate will provide technical and personnel leadership for a multi-member team, ensuring alignment with corporate and personnel strategies. Candidates must possess a degree or equivalent qualification in a technical field like Electrical or Energy Engineering, paired with several years of professional experience in project planning and execution within this domain. Strong knowledge of relevant electrical engineering standards, VOB, and HOAI is essential, alongside proven team leadership experience and fluent German skills.
