Job Summary

This role involves elevating technology by configuring and integrating PLC systems into industrial networks and SCADA environments. The Automation and Cybersecurity Engineer will be responsible for planning and implementing network architectures compliant with ISA/IEC 62443 and the Purdue Model, including setting up VLANs and firewall zones to ensure secure communication. Key day-to-day tasks include securing automation resources through rigorous configuration standards and access controls, providing support for firewalls (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) and Layer 2/3 switches, and conducting on-site troubleshooting and network connectivity checks. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, Automation Technology, or Electrical Engineering, possesses several years of experience as a PLC programmer with expertise in networking and cybersecurity, and has practical experience with industrial protocols like PROFINET and OPC UA.
