Job Summary

This role involves taking component responsibility for Li-ion cells within various High-Voltage (HV) battery projects, primarily focusing on development and validation activities. The Development Engineer will define, coordinate, and evaluate cell tests to assess performance, lifespan, environmental resilience, and safety. A key daily task includes deriving electrical, thermal, chemical, and mechanical cell requirements based on overall HV battery system needs, and subsequently developing and validating the operating windows for these Li-ion cells. Success in this position requires a degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics, coupled with several years of experience in Li-ion cell development and testing.
