Job Summary

This role involves supporting project control and management for technical building equipment, focusing specifically on electrical and building control technology within the City of Trier's building construction department. The specialist will coordinate technical planners, internal departments, and authorities, ensuring seamless communication and information exchange throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include actively managing and controlling project timelines, costs, and quality, assisting with procurement processes, preparing grant applications, and handling invoice reviews and change order management. The ideal candidate holds a degree as a certified technician in relevant fields (e.g., Electrical or Building Services Engineering) and possesses strong communication, assertiveness, and negotiation skills, along with knowledge of public construction law (HOAI, AHO). This is a full-time, permanent position offering flexible hours and the possibility of mobile work after the initial training phase.
