The ideal candidate must possess a completed administrative qualification or a relevant Bachelor's degree, strong proficiency in MS Office, and experience in research funding or the higher education sector. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for managing deadlines and shifting priorities in this dynamic, responsible, and varied position.

Required Skills

Education

Completed administrative training with additional qualification (Administrative Specialist or comparable) or a completed Bachelor's degree (or comparable)

Experience

  • Knowledge and experience in research funding and the higher education sector, or expertise and practical experience in the area of the Excellence Strategy (highly advantageous)
  • Practical experience in office management, particularly independent correspondence, file management, documentation, and appointment coordination
