Job Summary

The Head of Electrical Workshop, reporting to the Building and Area Management division, is responsible for ensuring the operational safety, functional integrity, and continuous development of all electrical systems across the organization's sites. This leadership role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the electrical workshop, including managing personnel, materials, and external service providers. Key responsibilities include planning and supervising inspections, maintenance, and repair activities to ensure high system availability, particularly within building technology and facility management. The successful candidate must hold a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, possess strong leadership and team management skills, and be proficient in control, measurement, and regulation technology. The position is critical for maintaining the long-term value and functionality of the hospital's technical infrastructure, offering an indefinite, full-time contract within a public service environment.
