Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of IT services for the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians of Lower Saxony (KVN), a key player in maintaining high-quality outpatient healthcare in the region. The successful candidate will primarily handle first-level support tasks, including receiving, analyzing, and resolving IT disruptions both remotely and on-site for internal customers. Key responsibilities include managing user accounts and roles during the onboarding process, escalating complex issues to 2nd Level Support, and performing installations, modifications, and relocations of workstations across various locations in Lower Saxony. Essential qualifications include a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, at least three years of relevant experience in on-site service within complex, German-speaking structures, and mandatory ITIL 4 Foundation certification.
