Job Summary

This role involves joining a small, four-person IT team to manage and optimize the organization's core IT infrastructure and specialized housing industry ERP system, WODIS Yuneo. The specialist will handle First Level Support for approximately 70 users, focusing on error analysis and resolution, while also contributing to the administration of the Microsoft environment, including Active Directory, Exchange, and Windows Server, alongside Mobile Device Management. Key responsibilities include documentation, process digitalization consultation, and active participation in IT projects related to software implementation and system migration. The ideal candidate holds an IT-related degree or vocational qualification, possesses initial experience in project management, and demonstrates strong analytical skills with a proactive, quality-conscious approach, supported by very good German language skills.
