Job Summary
This role is ideal for an IT professional or certified IT specialist looking to join a four-person IT team within a housing cooperative. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the administration, control, and optimization of the housing industry ERP system, WODIS Yuneo, alongside providing essential First Level Support for approximately 70 internal users, including error analysis and troubleshooting. You will also assist in managing the Microsoft infrastructure (Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server) and Mobile Device Management. Key qualifications include an IT-related degree or vocational training in IT specialization, initial experience in project management, and knowledge of SQL. Required Skills
Education
University degree with an IT focus (e.g., Computer Science, Business Informatics, Media Informatics) or vocational qualification in IT Specialization, Digitalization Management, or IT System Electronics.
Experience
- Initial experience in project management (classical, agile, or hybrid)
- Initial experience in the housing industry (ideally, but not mandatory)
- Professional experience in IT support and systems administration
