Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated Voice Systems Specialist to join the 3rd-Level technical department, focusing on maintaining stable operation and continuous development of core telecommunications infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting critical SipWise and Softswitch platforms, implementing new Next Generation Network (NGN) couplings with external providers, and collaborating on the enhancement of internal Voice tools. Candidates must possess a degree or comparable training in Network/Communication Technology or Telecommunications Engineering, coupled with several years of professional experience. Essential technical knowledge includes basic Linux administration and familiarity with key network protocols such as SIP, RTP, IP, SDH, ISDN, and SNMP. The ideal candidate will also bring specific experience or certification in the Voice/SIP environment.
