Job Summary

This role involves providing essential 3rd-Level support for voice systems, ensuring the secure and stable operation of critical platforms, including SipWise and Softswitch technologies. The specialist will actively participate in the technical implementation of new Next-Generation Network (NGN) couplings with external providers and contribute to the ongoing development of existing voice tools in coordination with IT and development teams. Daily tasks also include generating evaluations, reports, and supporting the monitoring of defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Ideal candidates possess a background in Network/Communication Technology or Telecommunications, coupled with several years of professional experience and specific knowledge of Voice/SIP environments, network protocols (SIP, RTP, IP, SDH, ISDN, SNMP), and basic Linux administration.
