Job Summary

This role is for a Development Engineer specializing in filling technology, working for a world-leading manufacturer of bottling and packaging plants, KHS (a subsidiary of Salzgitter AG). The successful candidate will drive product development from concept through to series production readiness, coordinating closely with cross-functional departments. Key responsibilities include leading development projects, managing project planning, reporting, controlling, and documentation according to the Product Development Process (PEP). The engineer will also support commissioning both in the plant and at customer sites, particularly for new product introductions. Candidates require a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or similar, coupled with professional experience in development, order processing, or commissioning, and must possess excellent written and spoken English skills, along with international travel readiness.
