Job Summary

This role involves supporting the implementation and optimization of the Configuration Management process within a large IT consulting environment, specifically focusing on the Service-Management-System (ServiceNow). The successful candidate will act as the key Business Analyst for Data Foundation and Configuration Management, serving as a central consultant and point of contact for management. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating closely with national and international process colleagues to introduce and continuously improve IT service processes. Key qualifications include a degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent professional experience, a foundational understanding of IT Service Management methodologies (such as ITIL/ITOM), and fluent communication skills in both German and English.
