Day-to-day tasks include leading high-level technical discussions, clarifying detailed specifications, and coordinating diverse internal and external stakeholders (including Development, Manufacturing, and Service) to ensure seamless project execution. Candidates must possess a university degree in Physics or Engineering Sciences, ideally with a focus on Optics or Photonics, coupled with several years of experience in technical project management. Success requires a structured, proactive, and customer-oriented approach, strong communication skills in both German and English, and practical experience in technical fields like Laser or Thin Film technology.
