Job Summary

This role is perfect for a proactive IT professional ready to lead and shape the future of site IT operations. As the IT Team Coordinator, you will ensure the seamless operation of the local IT infrastructure, including Workplace environments, local infrastructure, and OT/Shopfloor systems. Key responsibilities include managing and prioritizing Incidents, Service Requests, and Problems according to ITIL standards, conducting regular maintenance, patching, and system monitoring, and driving the implementation of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Asset & Knowledge Management). You will also lead a small team, coordinate resources, manage site-specific projects and rollouts, and oversee external service providers to meet SLAs and KPIs. The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT or a related field, possesses 3–5 years of practical IT operations experience, and demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and customer orientation.
