Job Summary
This administrative role involves providing comprehensive support to the Risk Management and Funding Advice department, ensuring smooth and efficient team operations. Key responsibilities include managing diverse assistant tasks, coordinating schedules, and organizing events such as workshops and specialized conferences, both digitally and in person. The assistant will also be responsible for preparing professional presentation materials, actively contributing to the department's online presence through promotional content, and handling invoicing using SAP, including associated customer communication. Candidates must have completed commercial vocational training, ideally possess administrative or secretarial experience, and demonstrate strong organizational skills, reliability, and proficiency in MS 365. Excellent German language skills are mandatory for customer and partner communication.
