Job Summary
This role supports the Innovation and Sustainability staff unit through comprehensive administrative management and coordination. The Assistant will be responsible for organizing complex administrative processes, managing internal and external professional communication, and handling event coordination from planning through technical support for both digital and in-person workshops. A significant part of the job involves public relations, including actively contributing to various online presences (member portals, social media) and preparing target-group-specific presentation materials. Additionally, the role requires handling invoicing using SAP and corresponding customer communication, as well as providing direct administrative support to the unit leadership (scheduling, research, document management). The ideal candidate must have a completed commercial apprenticeship, several years of relevant experience in team assistance and event management, and excellent proficiency in MS 365 and both German and English.
