Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated GMP Manager, supporting site management in establishing, implementing, and executing Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) processes to ensure and sustainably maintain GMP compliance within the Formulation Cluster. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting and monitoring ongoing production, conducting root cause analyses, defining corrective actions for deviations, and reviewing/releasing Batch Records for selected products. The manager will also be responsible for creating Master Batch Records and continuously tracking internal and external GMP developments to update operational procedures and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Candidates must possess a university degree in Pharmacy (including licensing) or a comparable natural science degree, coupled with experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a production environment. Success requires strong organizational skills, self-reliance, assertiveness, and excellent communication abilities in both German and English.
