Job Summary

This role involves the end-to-end hardware development of microcontroller-based control electronics specifically for vehicle transmissions. The developer will be responsible for translating transmission system requirements into electronic specifications, creating design documentation, and managing supplier selection and communication throughout the development lifecycle. Key tasks include commissioning, hardware testing, and supporting the product from series readiness through to series maintenance. The ideal candidate holds a degree in engineering or electrical engineering, possesses professional experience in electronics hardware development, ideally utilizing the V-model, and has basic programming knowledge, preferably in C. Strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and fluent English communication skills are essential for success in this demanding technical position.
