This role is for a motivated IT Application Manager specializing in health sector procedures, working within the dynamic environment of hannIT, a key strategic IT partner for the Hannover region's public sector. The professional will be responsible for the technical support, development, and optimization of specialized health applications for municipal clients. Day-to-day tasks include providing expert technical consultation, managing 2nd level support, coordinating and executing software updates and release changes, and configuring crucial system components like interfaces and access control concepts. A key technical requirement involves scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and database management (SQL). The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science or a related field, or a relevant technical certification, and possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to thrive in this customer-oriented and collaborative public service setting.
