Job Summary
As the Co-Head of the 'Workplace Infrastructure' Competence Center at hannIT, you will lead a diverse team of over 250 employees in shaping the digital transformation for the Hannover region's public administration. This role follows a unique dual-leadership model where you share disciplinary and functional responsibility for team development, recruitment, and strategic planning. You will oversee the delivery of modern workplace solutions, including M365 services, client management, and automated software distribution. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed IT vocational training or a university degree in Computer Science/Information Technology. Comparable qualifications are also accepted.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT infrastructure or a related field
- Several years of leadership experience or successful completion of a management development program
- Extensive experience in modern workplace environments (M365, endpoint management, application operations)
- Proven track record in change management and fostering self-organized teams
- Experience in disciplinary decision-making including recruitment and performance management

- The role is based in Hannover and offers both full-time and part-time options. Candidates must be willing to work within a shared leadership (dual-head) model.
