IT Business Analyst | Data Engineer

Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT Business Analyst, preferably with a background in the financial sector, seeking a full-time, permanent position. The core responsibilities involve bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, focusing heavily on credit products and processes. Day-to-day tasks include gathering, analyzing, and documenting functional and technical requirements (e.g., creating Business Requirement Documents and User Stories), collaborating closely with development teams to ensure alignment with business goals, and supporting testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT). A key aspect of the role is monitoring project progress, identifying issues, and assessing the impact of regulatory changes (like EBA guidelines and PSD2) on credit systems. The successful candidate must possess strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in English, and foundational knowledge of banking operations and process modeling.
