This role involves actively shaping digitalization within the public sector by ensuring the stable operation and continuous development of mission-critical applications. As an IT Specialist in Application Management, you will support applications hosted on Windows and/or Linux servers, focusing on monitoring, logging (using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Nagios), and maintaining agreed-upon SLAs. A core part of the job is analyzing technical disruptions, developing sustainable solutions, and systematically documenting them. You will also automate operational tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.
