This role seeks an engaged Business Analyst to join a 10-person team, focusing on the new development and enhancement of applications within the private health and long-term care insurance sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include the crucial tasks of gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing functional requirements, identifying operational weaknesses through business process analysis, and developing solution proposals to optimize operational workflows. The analyst will also be responsible for creating economic viability assessments (e.g., business cases) to justify projects, developing quality assurance measures, and independently creating and executing test cases, including supporting user acceptance testing. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in (Business) Informatics or Business Administration with an affinity for IT, possesses strong analytical skills, and thrives in a team-oriented, self-managed work environment.
