Job Summary

As a Test Automation Specialist, you will play an essential role within the *Health Insurance Systems* IT department, contributing to the development of innovative IT projects across the health insurance sector, spanning core system redevelopment, input management, and eHealth initiatives. Your daily tasks will involve comprehensive quality assurance, including analyzing requirements, acceptance criteria, and test cases, and methodically applying test case analysis techniques like boundary value analysis. A core focus is the design and continuous refinement of efficient test automation, utilizing modern tools (e.g., JUnit, Playwright, BDD) to maximize test coverage and integrate automation solutions into CI/CD pipelines. You will also be responsible for the intelligent provision and management of test data across various system boundaries. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or a comparable IT qualification, strong analytical thinking, and excellent German communication skills. This position offers involvement in a diverse technological environment with a strong focus on automation and optimization, adhering to standards like ISO/IEC and ISTQB® best practices.
