Job Summary

This critical role places the IT Process Designer within a newly established team, focusing on the modeling and continuous optimization of crucial IT processes, such as IT Service Management, across the entire Debeka IT organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include the conception and further development of a robust IT Process Management system designed for transparent control, documentation, and quality assurance. The designer will be responsible for gathering functional requirements, modeling end-to-end processes, and maintaining a holistic IT process landscape using tools like Adonis (BPMN 2.0). Success hinges on close collaboration with IT department representatives, architects, and software developers to identify optimization potential and ensure seamless, standardized process logic throughout the organization. The position is ideal for professionals with strong analytical and conceptual abilities who possess knowledge of key IT frameworks like ITIL.
