Job Summary

This role involves serving as a key Software Developer within the Output Management team, focusing on the development and future introduction of the output management system for inventory administration and claims processing within General Insurance. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and enhancing business correspondence within the output system, translating functional requirements into technical text modules and templates while adhering to corporate design standards, and integrating/maintaining these modules across both legacy and modernized systems. The developer will work closely with business analysts, IT architecture, and project teams to ensure consistent and automated cross-system business communication. Key qualifications include a completed IT-related degree or training, strong analytical and conceptual abilities, and proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and M365.
