Job Summary

The Requirements Engineer / Requirements Manager will join an interdisciplinary team within a leading German insurance and building society group, focusing on ensuring the usability of the company's digital offerings and integrating all stakeholder needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting various departments on requirements analysis, documentation, and management, actively participating in projects, and creating fundamental requirement specifications and task models for application systems. A key aspect of the role involves organizing and moderating stakeholder workshops and coordinating specifications with both business and development teams. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in IT or a comparable qualification, relevant professional experience in Requirements Engineering or Business Analysis, and strong analytical skills.
