Job Summary

This role as a Solution Engineer M365 is crucial for improving internal collaboration and work organization within the company's Internal & Finance division, supporting the digitalization of non-core insurance business processes. The primary responsibilities involve the full lifecycle management of IT solutions, including developing detailed solution proposals, analyzing client requirements, and planning, evaluating, migrating, implementing, configuring, and testing systems within cloud environments. You will also be responsible for transitioning these systems into production and providing advanced support, including cross-application error analysis. Ideal candidates must possess a relevant degree in IT or Business Informatics, coupled with fundamental knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, specifically Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
