This role as a Semiconductor Process Technician involves the independent operation of specialized equipment within a high-tech semiconductor fabrication environment. Key responsibilities include creating precise process recipes in collaboration with Process Engineers and actively supporting the execution of experiments. You will independently perform process qualifications utilizing statistical process control (SPC) and fault detection and classification (FDC) methodologies. A critical part of the role is the continuous monitoring of 'Hold' material, processing deviations according to OCAP (Out-of-Control Action Plan), and documenting process and equipment issues. Success requires technical vocational training in a field like Mechatronics or Microtechnology, initial professional experience, and strong knowledge of general manufacturing and process control methods, ideally within the semiconductor industry. The position requires a reliable, responsible, and team-oriented approach, operating within a full continuous 6:4 shift model.
