Job Summary

This role is ideal for a dedicated Maintenance Technician eager to contribute to the smooth operation of cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing facilities at Bosch. Day-to-day responsibilities include the installation and commissioning of modern production equipment, performing regular maintenance and controls, and meticulous documentation of all work. A key focus is proactive error prevention and timely resolution of production faults, utilizing provided methodologies. Candidates must possess a completed technical apprenticeship in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, coupled with initial experience in complex plant maintenance. Familiarity with quality methods like 5S, SPC, and FDC is advantageous. The position requires a high degree of independence, reliability, and willingness to work within a demanding 24/7 continuous 6:4 shift model, offering 4 consecutive days off after every 6 working days, while working collaboratively within a team dedicated to continuous process improvement.
