Job Summary

This critical role as a Switching Engineer in the Grid Control Center involves the secure and efficient management of complex energy supply networks, primarily focusing on medium-voltage grids. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing complex network situations, implementing measures to ensure grid stability, and optimizing supply security. A key focus is the integration and control of renewable energies (Redispatching) and supporting the digitalization of infrastructure. The engineer will also conduct fault analyses, document results, and use a training simulator to prepare the team for emergency scenarios. This position requires a strong background in electrical or energy engineering, analytical thinking, and the ability to make clear decisions under stress, contributing significantly to the region's energy transition and sustainable supply.
