Job Summary

This leadership role involves heading a team of specialists responsible for the detailed design and construction planning of energy and water supply networks and facilities across the regions of Heinsberg, Mönchengladbach, Viersen, and parts of Rhein-Kreis Neuss. The Group Lead will coordinate tasks, ensure continuous team development, and oversee the entire project lifecycle from preparation through implementation. Key responsibilities include developing detailed execution and construction schedules for electricity, gas, water, and heating infrastructure, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and in compliance with technical standards. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in a technical, scientific, or economic field, demonstrate a modern, authentic, and results-oriented leadership style, and be adept at managing complex resources, mitigating supply risks, and fostering transparent communication with both internal and external stakeholders to drive the energy transition forward.
