Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support for up to four professors within the Faculty of Linguistics and Literary Studies, focusing on departments characterized by high internationality and intercultural exchange. Day-to-day tasks (90% of the role) include independent office organization, managing correspondence (50% of which is in English), scheduling, record-keeping, supporting course preparation and examination execution, and maintaining web presences and publication databases. Additionally, the role includes supporting financial matters and third-party funded projects (10%), such as determining financial needs, monitoring fund flows using SAP, and assisting with procurement. The ideal candidate must have a relevant administrative or commercial background, proven English skills at B2 level or higher, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive, structured work style, making this an ideal position for a detail-oriented professional seeking a stable, international academic environment.
