Job Summary

This role seeks a creative E-Learning Specialist and Content Developer to join a dynamic team in Pforzheim, focusing on the planning, design, and realization of engaging e-learning courses. Day-to-day responsibilities include the conception, creation, and maintenance of digital learning content, preparing complex information clearly, and planning/editing thematic videos. The specialist will also be responsible for creating and implementing various multimedia materials (video, image) and conceptually advancing the usability and design of the virtual learning environment. The ideal candidate holds a degree or professional qualification in Multimedia Design and possesses professional experience in e-learning content creation, video production, graphic design, and screen design, coupled with excellent proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and modern internet technologies. The position offers a permanent contract, a flexible hybrid work model (3 days office, 2 days home office), and the opportunity to work with modern tools in a flat-hierarchy environment.
